Adobe will buy Figma

Adobe will buy Figma for $20 billion. Adobe will finance half of the transaction amount at the expense of shares, the second – at the expense of cash.

Adobe’s securities fell by almost 17% the day before.

The market is negative: Figma fans are ready for a complete change in working conditions and a rise in the price of services. Adobe supporters consider the purchase untimely.

Gas prices will fall by half

Gas prices in Europe will almost halve during the winter, to 100 euros per MWh from the current level of 190 euros/MWh (equivalent to $2001 per thousand cubic meters), according to Goldman Sachs.

This will be due to both a decrease in demand for natural gas and high levels of reserves in storage facilities. At the same time, gas supplies to Europe will remain limited until 2025, until the LNG export projects of Canada, Qatar and the United States become fully operational.
