In connection with the tightening of requirements for carbon dioxide emissions, an increase in the share of gas in the structure of the energy balance is observed in many countries.

At the moment, the share of gas in the structure of the world’s energy balance is on average about 25%. In Russia, the share of gas is 52%. In China, despite the fact that the country is the second largest consumer of gas in the world after the United States, the share is only 6.6%, and therefore the Chinese market is one of the most promising for oil and gas companies.

I also agree that China has huge potential in terms of consumption, and having high-quality fuel at a low price is China’s dream, in a word, China can already take all the volume that Russia supplies to Europe. And in Russia itself, gasification leaves much to be desired, there is room for growth in the domestic market».
