McDonald’s is an American company operating in the catering sector. At the moment, #MCD is the world’s largest fast food restaurant chain. The company is represented in almost all countries of the world. The main factor of the company’s success is that it operates according to the franchise model. The main competitors of the company are Yum! Brands, which includes the well-known KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell, Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc and Starbucks Corp.

recovery in most countries and the removal of lockdowns had a positive impact on the company’s financial performance.

One of the risks for the company is trends in healthy eating. Thus, McDonald’s is a successful company and a globally recognizable brand. Thanks to the franchise system, the company gets rid of both the costs of operating restaurants and possible risks. However, the current trends in healthy nutrition can seriously affect the attractiveness of the company for investors.
