Last week, the focus continued to be on the energy assets of oil and gas. An oil piece of news came out that the United States is going to release part of the strategic reserves to stabilize prices. The move is good in light of the fact that elections are coming soon and it would be nice to bring down prices at gas stations in the USA, but in the long term this will further upset the balance: reserves will need to be replenished, which will lead to further unrestrained growth in the asset price.

ES (S&P500)

The last value is 4525. The market seems to have decided to take a break, prices did not change significantly last week. Now we should carefully monitor whether the market will be able to go to a new high or stop here and go to test its bottoms at the level of 4100.

PA (Palladium)

The last value is 2250. After the rapid growth, there was an equally rapid correction. Apparently, after such a significant drop, we will move into growth again.

GC (Gold)

The last value is 1919. Good levels for buying are 1900 and 1870. We are waiting.

CL (WTI Oil)

The last value is 102.70. Good levels for buying 97.50 and 91.20. We are waiting.

NG (Gas)

The last value is 6.10. American gas is growing smoothly. Nothing prevents the asset from reaching its previous highs (6.45). We are observing.

KC (Coffee)

Coffee went according to the first scenario we proposed, that is, the 210 level preserved, which naturally resulted in a small increase in the asset. We are watching.

USD/RUB

The last value is 83.40. The ruble as an asset is now practically not suitable for trading. Crazy movements were replaced by an absolute flat last week, the asset was trading in the narrowest possible range. It is extremely difficult to predict the future dynamics. Nevertheless, we are planning a corrective movement up to 95. We are waiting.

BTC (Bitcoin)

The last value is 45300. We have closed the remaining 20% of our purchase. Congratulations to all those who participated!

HG (Copper)

The last value is 4.75. At the moment we have an average entry price of 4.60. We set breakeven and observe.

US, ZB (Futures on 30-year bonds)

Bonds are still under pressure. The last value is 145.21. We expect a slight pullback in order to gain short positions again.

DX (Dollar Index)

The last value is 99.60. It makes sense to consider purchases from the 97.40 and 96.80 levels. We are waiting.
